Shipping & Delivery
For deliveries within the United States, we generally deliver via the UPS ground. Some products may have additional shipping methods as indicated in the product description and changes to our shipping methods may occur at any time based on conditions.
Privacy & Security
QuickImpress.com has made a priority of the confidentiality of your personal information. We are sensitive to the private nature of your personal information and marketing efforts and will make every effort to protect you.

User Accounts
To place an order with QuickImpress.com we require that you register an account with minimal personal information. This information is stored against your email address and a password. Your account is needed to store "Saved Projects" as well as track your "Order History". The address that you supply on your account settings will be used to default the Shipping and Billing address on the checkout screen to save time during the order process. Your User Account will also hold a setting that informs us if you would like to receive emails from QuickImpress.com regarding special deals and other promotional related material. If you do not wish to receive emails from us, please let us know by changing your Account Settings.

Cookies
QuickImpress.com uses session cookies to remember you through the order process. For example, that is how we know which items are in your shopping cart as you navigate to different pages on the website. Session cookies are erased when your browser window is closed. Permanent cookies may be stored on your machine to remember who you are for return visits. If you do not want permanent cookies to be stored, please tighten your browser security.

IP Address Logging
QuickImpress.com logs your unique Internet Address, or IP address. This address will be shared with pay pal express, our payment processor, when your credit card is authorized.

Sharing of Information
QuickImpress.com will not share your personal information with others, unless required to do so for legal reasons.

QuickImpress.com may contain links to other websites. QuickImpress.com is not responsible for the privacy or practices on these sites.
Returns & Replacements
In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us for instructions on how to obtain an RA. Once you receive an RA all items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns after 14 days. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. We are unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted.

Please Note:
1) For all Furniture items we will replace any parts that are damaged but the item may not returned if there is buyer’s remorse.
2) We will not accept returns on Sports related autographed Memorabilia and Collectables or on any custom made items such as any customized car mats or children's furniture.
3) We will not accept returns on any Shavers, Personal Care items, or Intimate products that have been used.
4) We will not accept returns on any Software, Video Games, Computer Parts, or Laptop/PC's.

Delivery and Damaged Shipments
We do our best to package your items as well as possible and to be as thorough as we can. Unfortunately there are sometimes problems with items getting damaged in transit or human errors in shipping. All we ask is that you contact us to let us know. Sending an email is the fastest and easiest way to do so. We will do our best to make sure your problem is solved promptly. We want to make sure your order is right.

Returned products that are not in salable condition will be charged a restocking/handling fee. Credit will be issued for the product only. Shipping charges that you incurred will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error and only if a replacement item is ordered. There are no returns on custom products.

Due to the large variety of products offered by QuickImpress, some purchases may be deemed non refundable, but it is our mission to gain your trust and repeat business. We will do our best to keep you satisfied.

Ordering
Quickimpress.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Quickimpress.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Quickimpress.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
To purchase any goods and/or services on our Site, you must (a) be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the applicable state age of majority, (b) be a natural person (no corporations, partnerships or other legal entities), and (c) be a resident in the 50 states of the United States of America, exclusive of its commonwealths, territories and possessions ("United States"). Prior to the purchase of any goods or services on our Site, you must provide us with a valid credit card number and associated payment information including all of the following: (i) your name as it appears on the card, (ii) your credit card number, (iii) the credit card type, (iv) the date of expiration and (v) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card. By submitting that information to us, you hereby agree that you authorize us to charge your card at our convenience but within thirty (30) days of credit card authorization.
Orders
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Quickimpress.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order will be deemed accepted by Quickimpress.com upon shipment of products or performance of services that you have ordered, or upon the completion of the license and delivery of a Digital Download, as indicated by our servers. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier. All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Quickimpress.com is a reseller to end users and does not accept orders from resellers, exporters, wholesalers, any businesses of any kind or other customers who intend to resell.
