I suggest you use postcard marketing to promote your business, but don't forget to do a little first.  Consider these three pointers on how to successfully market with postcards.

Start with the Right Mailing List
Start with the right mailing list or list of prospects.  Who do you plan to send your postcards to?  Who is more likely to pay attention to the service you offer (Buyer vs Seller vs Distressed Properties vs Investments etc). Who is most likely to respond to your postcard advertising? Distributing postcards to the wrong market may not give you the results you expect. Know your community and then launch the appropriate card.
